Anybody else watch this? I quite liked Marc Wootton's Shirley Ghostman character so thought I'd tune in, and it's a great premise for a sitcom, having all the characters trapped on a desert island. Unfortunately, Wootton has written himself possibly the most annoying, hateful character I've seen on television for a long time, I could barely stand him for half an hour never mind a whole series! The rest of the ensemble are good but as I assume a lot of it is going to revolve around Wootton himself and I can't bring myself to spend another half hour in his company. There's a delicate balance of being annoying and endearing and this doesn't get the balance right in my opinion!
