I know there hasn't been an awards ceremony since 2014. Is it ever likely to return or has it ended?

I thought I had voted on summat recently - is this what you mean? Time is tight if it is. 
Ta for reminder, just got in before it closes. A bit short of cats I thought. Were there really no new TV comedy films or serials? Not too long ago we used to get several of each every year.
I meant The British Comedy Awards, the show that used to broadcast every year on Channel 4/ITV. It ran from 1990 - 2014 but for some reason has never returned since
Sadly, the producers of the BCAs rather got shat on by a couple of different TV stations. They've not entirely given up hope of reviving the awards one day, but it seems every more unlikely with each year that passes.
