Which would you miss the most if you had to go back in time?

Imagine we were back in time before all the above mentioned, which would you miss the most and why? add any others you can think of...
Life without electricity or running water would be grim.
You could always get water from a well. I think life would be less comfortable, but I'm not sure about how much I'd miss.
