Live recordings of sitcoms?

Just curious, are there any current sitcoms being LIVE RECORDED in front of audience in London?

Anyone knows? I went to a live recording on SUPERIOR DONUTS (CBS) in Los Angeles and it got me thinking there must be some LIVE RECORDINGS here in London?

How can anything not be recorded live, even if it is put into the can away from prying eyes? You could look on BBC Shows and Tours for upcoming sitcoms? http://www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/shows/ These seem to be mostly done by a lottery, BTW.
What was Superior Donuts like? Were you told to whoop at the stars as they entered?

"How can anything not be recorded live" - not everything is recorded in front of live audience.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/shows/ - there are no sitcoms but game shows and other "entertaining" meh

"What was Superior Donuts like? Were you told to whoop at the stars as they entered?" - yes and you could meet and chat to some actors afterwards for a bit.

There are frequently sitcoms being recorded although I seem to have fallen off the mailing lists.

SRO are one. http://www.sroaudiences.com/

I don't think I saw Not Going Out through them though.

When I lived in California I attended several free tapings. Will & Grace, Drew Carey Show, etc.

If anyone is planning a trip to the Los Angeles area, you can get tickets here:

they're all Game or Panel shows, there is no COMEDY SITCOMS being filmed in London at all?

Is that a question?

Maybe there are just no sitcoms in production at the moment.

There are very few sitcoms at the moment that are funny enough to be recorded with an audience.
