British Comedy Guide

Doc Martin

OK - it's not strictly a comedy but there are some great performances from some great actors with comedy pedigree - Martin Clunes, Sarah Parkinson, whatsername from Waiting for God and tonight that bloke from Green Wing. (I'm terrible at names)

Plus you've got a Doctor who can't stand the sight of blood and a Policeman who's agorophobic.

Then of course you've got the gorgeous Caroline Catz.

Tonight's episode was about a "Modern Parents" type psychologist played by "that bloke from Green Wing".

Brilliant TV.

i agree whole heartedly :)

i think the doc is ace, he reminds me of my dad.

I really like this programme! its just amazingly easy to watch, but those parents annoyed me SO much >_<

I'm not a violent person but I just so wanted to do them damage.

I never watch ITV1 prime time, it's all a sickly blend of greens to me.

Its ok.

I like it, it's one of my comfort shows. When I feel stressed or unable to concentrate too much I watch a comfort show and lie back and relax.

The first series was good. The second wasn't that good. I don't think much of the love interest either.

The one who is her son. You know!

Oh that one!
Well, there were two, but yes I can imagine the one you mean.
