Getting It Off Your Chest #2 - New Video Page 2

I've been going to a lot of weddings recently and to be honest I don't really enjoy them. However, a lot of old people have taken that lack of enjoyment to be sorrow. And they say things like: "Oooh, don't worry, you'll be next!", in an attempt to cheer me up. It actually just annoys me more so to get my own back I've going to a lot more funerals.

Or you could watch me deliver it live! www.youtube.com/slawsthefop

(I've hijacked my own thread. Please watch the Getting It Off Your Chest video, I prefer it!)

Nice work, Stuart.

You've got some really good gags in there (the top and tail ones particularly) and I enjoyed the use of title cards and music. The interplay between the two characters was good, the acting was solid and I wouldn't pay too much heed to the Gervais/Merchant comparisons.

The important thing to me was the journey the characters go through - at loggerheads at first then eventually pally again at the end with the crepe line. I do think you could stand to trim a lot of fat from this whilst still mapping that journey and keeping your best jokes. The middle dwarf chunk was where it started to drag for me.

Out of interest, where is it you're shooting these?

Very enjoyable...and i love things like that! Was watching it at work -not the best idea when laughs are on hand to blurt out my mouth like a terrible sneeze that's trying to escape. Anyway - nice one! Loved the Fish bit, dwarves and the outtake at the end! :)
