Now, do you mean the Prince of Wales Theatre (I believe that's where Mamma Mia is at the moment), or do you mean the Prince Charles Cinema? If the theatre, it's not actually in Leicester Square, but half-way between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. Piccadilly Circus being the closest Tube station.
