In the past, pretty much only Private Eye and The Spectator accepted unsolicited cartoon submissions. Who accepts them now?

Private Eye, Spectator, Oldie, Prospect and that's about your lot. Gag cartooning is very much a shrinking market, and fiercely competitive.

$15 to $25 for a cartoon - £20 maximum. Not very tempting!
