I've been trying to remember the name of a show for awhile now, please help if it sounds familiar.
It was surreal, there were two main characters that spent most of their time in what seemed like a lighthouse. They were in charge of the town I think and would communicate with everyone from the tower on little screens, and one character would end a lot of his sentences with "hail ___" or "praise ___" and some kind of salute. Some of it reminded me of a cross between Dr. Who and the teletubbies.
