Second whinge: can't load anyone else's teams, yet. It must be mayhem in the FPL server.

I've got Shaw, Taylor on my bench. I hope he can still cut it at his age.

I've got Shaw on my Watchlist of about 100 players.

Dream start. Red card for Courtois - total -2.

Goal-scoring sub, Defoe - total -6.

:)

If you're in the BCG H2H (11 teams), you can now see people's squads.

In the Spurs Community H2H, I've been drawn against FC Twente Bensons. Laughing out loud

Bitter sweet for me. Misread the rules and thought you could play a chip a week. Doh! Thankful for a fortunate Rooney assist. How was that ever an assist?

I'll take that too, but why didn't he toe poke it in himself. What was he waiting for?

So what are those chip things
do you get one of each of them over the course of the season?
And has the wildcard changed?

A shockingly awful start to my season. Things can only get better, natch. One chip to be used for triple points on the captain; one to be used for all out attack including a reduction of the defence to two players; one to be used for having all 15 players scoring points rather than just the 11. Each chip can only be used once at a time of your own choosing. Wild cards look about the same.

Yeah, me too. Early days/marathon not a sprint etc

I left 4 mill in the Bank so may be having a tweak before next week depending on the fixtures

Clyne should be a good buy though
I wish I'd thought of that

Have swapped Lescott for Amavi. All very new to me of course, so hope have done the right thing. :(

Yes.

And it is not the weather for it.

Yes.

Is that yes for me re my early transfer, as you are my mentor and sponsor? :D

After all I did for you. Rolling eyes

What a damp squib two days. So far, every single one of the usual suspects looks jaded and ordinary.

Of the winning teams so far, I thought Leicester were terrific, really up for it, but that the other winning teams had their moments but didn't really play that well. Let's see how City/WBA look tonight.

I liked the look of Watford on the MOTD highlights. They seemed energetic and adventurous. And Swansea impressed me too. (I know neither of them won, but just saying.)
