Hoff The Record

Hello, I couldn't find a thread about this so thought I'd start one

It sounds like it's going to be rubbish and the first couple of episodes are fairly average but it gets good in the last few episodes - if anyone's thinking about it, I reckon it's worth a watch. I enjoyed the last 3 episodes

I ended up enjoying this after all. The characters were quite fun although there were a few hit and miss episodes there. I liked the UN school debating one the most. The last one was a bit weird and I'm not a fan of the overused misunderstanding about what somebody's intentions are. In this case Terry is giving us the impression he's going to kill them all when he's not but only explains that at the end.

I don't know if there's another series in the offering as they did the whole what happens next subtitles but I'd watch it.

I've watched the first five and, after a couple of ropey episodes, it got really good (from the debating episode onwards). I've very much enjoyed it.

Still have the finale left but very much enjoyed the whole series. I am a massive Hoff fan though.

Knight Rider rules!

Dan

I found myself really enjoying the series, too. Some sublimely silly moments. Looking forward to Series 2.

I wonder what he will be like in this musical; http://www.lastnightadj.com/

F**k Hoff, David!

I'd rather watch this little trash-gem with him in it:

Hoff can't act, but he is good at haming it up. His dead pan performance, is it by accident or on purpose ?

Season 2, Episode 1: Death Hoax

At last - something I can't criticise. Lost its way a bit last season but this is cracking.

Agent still brilliant and cameo from Jerry Springer, with Piers Morgan making his acting debut - love it.

Even though it was obvious 'Crystal' was going to kick off - Tracy Ann Oberman was fantastic.

Hoff the Record vs. The Windsors - night and day.
