Nick Knowles

Does anyone know why on earth he's seemingly everywhere at the moment? I like the format of the BBC quiz show 'Perfection', but I can't stand him. His face closely resembles the Peter Gabriel plasticine model from the classic 'Sledgehammer' video. Apparently he's supposed to be a bit of a hunk too. Erm? Eh?

Used to like him, now he just gets on my tits.

He comes across as so arrogant. Plus his voice cadence reminds me of a tit who gave me a really hard time at work last year.

I only see him on DIYSOS now and again.
He is bizarre looking but I can sort of see why some people fancy him. And he's quite likeable.

He's looking really rubbery though - or maybe that's all of the panstick make-up are plastering him with?

That used to be a good prog. with original crew - jokes and japes, but lately it has got all serious. Haven't watched for many a year now.

Deserving causes maybe, but no fun.

I like DIY SOS because I can get ideas for accessibilty things around the house, not that I've seen many worth using!

I do wonder why I watch it sometimes when it's MEGA depressing. (Like last week's when the dad was soon to be no more.) :(

But it's nice to see Laurence Llewellyn Bowen still exists!

I haven't watched a home makeover for aeons, pretty much since I moved house really. Does anyone recall the American 'House Doctor'? She insisted in putting sea grass matting everywhere! Lovely.

Whatever happened to her? I remember her absolute no-no was carpet in the toilet/bathroom.

:O But it dries your feet automatically and absorbs "stray liquids" Whistling nnocently

Oh indeed, my parents have carpet tiles in theirs! Rough stuff though that seagrass, worse than a badger's bum.

He's even got his own thread on here.

Agreed. Blue or coal?

I have to admire him for giving Suzi Perry one when they were an item.

No, I just think rather less of Suzy Perry.

Note to self... Google Suzy Perry and find out who she is!
