How Not To Live Your Life - Series 1 Page 17

Nice. I like it. It shall be added to the BSG dictionary.

haha I'll try to find out who it was, all I remember is that she was blonde and very different to the current Abby.

Blonde? Oh. The three actresses that were in the pilot were all brown haired I think...

You've got to hand it to Dan Clark, he does have a good eye for the, um, visual aspects that are important when casting a lead female ;)

*applauds Mark for posting pictures*

Wow, they're all lovely.

Abby does need to seem like someone with no personality, so that it shows off how shallow Dan is. Which is easy to act as I guess. As the series progresses I guess that they are trying to show that Abby does actually have a personality, just as they are trying to show that Dan is more likeable, which is why more acting is required...? Mebbee.

I worked in post production on this show, and Abby was orginally played by somebody else, who suddenly got replaced when the final espisodes were being distributed. I don't know why, because the first lady was much better!

The entire cast were re-cast from the pilot. The original Abby only appeared in the pilot and was not intended to be in the series. Isabel Fay appears later in the series as a new character and Eddie was not in the pilot epsiode at all but I think he is the best character!

Mystery solved then! Like I said I had no say in anything , was merely working there for a little while.

Although personally, I thought the lady in the pilot had a lot more presence. Just an opinion.

Btw I was meant to say that the entire cast is new with the exception of Don/Dan, obviously!

What did you guys think this week?

Not the funniest and pretty predictable. I did like the whole spa in the bedroom bit. Abby is still a terrible actress.

I liked this week's!
Making us feel some empathy for old thingywotsit. Being rejected by his dad and all.

I liked the old lady behind the picture too.

Made me laugh a few times. I enjoyed it.

hehehe...I'm quite liking this series. Which is surprising because normally I don't like anything. Dan Clark is pretty good. I was a big fan of The Estate Agents. hehehe.

hehehe.

Eat_My_Shirts is back!!!!

I liked last night's episode. Made me snigger quite a lot.

Was that the last one?

No, don't think so. Thank goodness. It brightens up my Tuesday nights.

I'd forgotten about the old lady behind the picture of Jesus. That actually made me laugh out loud... "well it was on her side". haha

I liked the bit with the wrestling ring. It was offbeat, but I like that sort of thing.

I also like the fact that the boss was once in an episode of 'Game On'.

I watched an episode of The Estate Agents afterwards. It was a Dan Clark night for me.
