What shows can you "get up close" with?

Don't laugh, but Friends as one huge example. It's probably a generation/sex thing though.

Okay, I enjoyed this episode much more than the first episode. I don't know why but the line from the little drunken Scottish kid had me laughing, "I lovvvve yooou miss."

I actually liked this episode a lot more than last week, so I'm relieved. I was wary that the first episode had a lot to setup so you always should give it a chance.

They solved the problem of Don being annoying by making the boyfriend even more annoying. So you actually root for him.

Really like this one....will probably not see a second series for that very reason tho.

I wouldn't second guess the second series potential of anything. There are a lot of things that got a second series which have shocked plenty of people. Errr

Finally got around to seeing episode one of this. I'm not quite sure yet whether it's the character who's unlikeable or Dan Clark himself. Although I lean towards the latter at this early stage.

Give ep. 2 a go, hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised. Its not brilliant but better.

Righto. I'll catch one of the many repeat showings.

You could write to Dan Clark - he probably videoed it.

I think I saw this last night, but I was a bit sleepy. I did proper laughs, but I'm prepared to accept I might have been dreaming.

Just finished watching the second ep. Thought it was good.

If last night's was better than the first one then it must've been dire.

I didn't see the first episode, but I watched the second episode and liked it. I'll watch it again!

just saw ep 2 - better script, same awful awful overacting courtesy of mister dan clark.

anyone else have strong feelings on his acting abilities?

I don't mind it. It seems to suit the things he's in. However, he does seem very similar in this to the character he played in The Estate Agents.
