I've got a few pics with celebs but embarrassingly I didn't know who some of them were. It's great when they are generous with their time and attention but some are a bit up their own behinds. I went to an event once where a celeb was handing out signed pics of herself whether we wanted them or not. I wished I'd taken a signed pic of myself to give to her, that would have been interesting.

I think the nicest celebrity encounter I had was sitting near Michael Jackson, his children and entourage when I went to see Billy Elliot. In the interval he queued up with every one else for loo/ice cream etc. He chatted a bit to others in the queue but I didn't see anyone bother him or ask for pics or autographs. It was nice to see people letting him enjoy the show with his family.

Amazing. :D

And Screaming Lord Sutch likewise. I spent a couple of hours with him on a pier somewhere.

Also signed by Lynne Perrie on the same show (Ivy Tilsly off of Corrie).

Ha! Coincidence was watching her in an episode of Queenie's Castle.

Colin Firth bumped into me once. He was rushing about and not looking where he was going. He faffed about a bit and apologised exactly as his character does in Nanny McPhee.

Aw, bumbling posh men are cute.

Jack Black held the door open for me at a university in Los Angeles and included a swooping bow.
