Its a parody of a ne game called H1Z1 its a bit niche
I thought it was a new cross country railway
I recognised the game but haven't actually played it. It looks good but as with 97% of the world, the references went over my head.
Zombies are so last century.
It looked good, but the references were lost on me!

I use Flash and Anime Studio. I'm not sure about free but there are trails available so you can try them out see how you find them for beginners you might find Anime studio is easiest as an entry tool.
