Ohhhhhh. Thanks for pointing out that an elm is a tree, that was the bit that was puzzling me
What are you reading right now? Page 143

Sorry.
Actually, that was kinda the bit that was puzzling me- I'm so used to posts being some kind of euphemistic joke that I really have to think about, that I saw the word 'deep' and couldn't match it to 'elm'...
I don't think the incipient madness is entirely my fault
Nah, it is.
Told a privet you said that and he said you're a meanie
I'm currently reading a book called The Triumph of Christianity: How the Jesus Movement Became the World's Largest Religion. It's fascinating and well worth checking out.

Mostly reading fantasy to delay reading my last Pratchett
Snuff? I'm finding it a bit slow so far, I haven't read it for a week or two.
I like Pratchett, because he gives me something to buy my brother every Christmas.
Quote: Neillg @ November 19 2011, 6:57 PM GMTCan you guess what it is yet? oh no, that's the Rolf Harris autobiography
Can You See What It Is Yet? An excellent read.

I was going to ask if you read his books your self, but seem to remember you like Harry Potter, but weirdly not Discworld.
Correct!
Although to be fair I've never really tried a Pratchett.
Well maybe you should! Was Harry Potter the only fantasy type stuff you read?
Um, possibly. Probably.
Douglas Adams is science fiction I suppose.
I'd say so. What about Tolkien?
Nope. I don't like things 100% set in a fantasy world. That's why I like Potter.
