I just hate it when people get paranoid over weight. The only time you have to worry is if you haven't left the house for two months and you are washing yourself with a hose and a large broom.
I know Ellie isn't fat cause she doesn't sound fat. 
She just sounds lovely!
I just hate stick people. Aside from the health implications, it's so unattractive and actually rather freakish.
But some people are naturally that thin.
Sometimes people manage to make them feel bad about it in their well meaning attempts to make sure that big people don't feel bad about being big.
Oh it's a complicated web.
