The must see history documentaries are

A History of Briton (Simon Schama)
The World at War
The Fall of Kosovo/Milosovic
RFK (Storyville)
The War of the World

I've "got" (ahem) most of A History of Britain, and seen some of The World at War. The rest, well I prefer stuff about Great Britain, to be honest.

Hell ~
Phone ins.
Anything where the public are invited to phone in and speak, and that includes everything from live late night roulette to Matthew Wright.

Matthew Wright needs a punch.

Couldn't agree more.

I've "got" (ahem) most of A History of Britain,

I have them all plus the books plus the dvd extras (the series i have is on tape). Does that make me a history geek?

Getting there.

T.V is quite dire these days. When I get home from work I don't even bother checking whats on anymore, my hand now just instinctivly picks up the x-box joypad rather than the T.V remote. And how crap is film 4 by the way, I love watching films but this channel is pants. Plus all the best comedy programmes have finished now:- Peep Show, Extras, Phoenix Nights, Little Britain, all we're left with now is crap like Gavin and Stacy and endless repeats of friends!
