This looks like a good show to watch I can't wait.

Is it an ITV show?

No its on BBC1.

Then I'll probably give it a whirl.

But when? Aaron and Mark haven't linked this thread to any potential TV series. Are you sure it's not a figment of your imagination?

No it is not my imagination. it is a real show

Well give us some evidence.

Well it did happen and its just finished. I started a thread about the Q & A here...

It's like a Tesco Value version of a Jimmy McGovern script.

Who seems to have gone mad and started living on a forgotten island, where he makes the bloke who looks like a toby jug in Being Human hang people for laughs.

I really loved this series. I was on the edge of my seat each week, it was excellent.

I'd like to see a second series but not sure where they could take the characters.

I gave the ep about the man wanting to shag the schoolgirl a miss. (I saw the last couple of minutes and I'm still not clear on whether he actually did it or not and whether we were supposed to be glad he got away with it). But anyway, I watched the rest and enjoyed them.

I need to catch up on this. I love BBC dramas like this.

The girl who played the schoolgirl is Holly Earl. We are actually close friends with herself and her family. She is a really nice girl and a brilliant actress but I haven't seen them since Christmas. She was also in an episode of Benidorm - she looks younger than what she actually is hence why she ends up playing teenagers most of the time.
