Getting It Off Your Chest #1 - Video Page 3

Contrived or not, funny or not: fair enough!

I'm sure they're many other aspects you would like to be noticed in your videos, not only are you a comedian, but a director and writer, yes?

So the video is there to be looked at and/or appreciated as a video itself and not just a comedy piece.

If you can make sense of that 'cos I can't?

And to zoooo, no ad-libbing this time.

The word vagina (s'cuse I) looks ad libbed.
I like when people can make scripted things look like that. The Boosh do it all the time.

Yes that exchange was one of the highlights of the piece where there was some real momentum between the two players.

Did Skibbington delete a post of his? Seems to be missing all of a sudden.

Yeah Leevil, I think I understand. My business/writing partner and I produce, direct, edit, write, etc and they are all aspects we are keen to carry on doing as we progress. They're all great fun and all help to contribute to the comedy, I like attention to detail personally.

Hey as long as you're having fun, that's the thing and that will show in your work.

If I had the camera and resources I wouldn't put the bloody thing down, I did have a camera, but I had to sell it, to fund my habit, of selling cameras...

Is there such a thing a "Gervaisisms"?

I think it's "Talking headanisms"

A 'Gervaisism' is making boring comparisons to (or analyses of) Ricky Gervais and his works!

Talking hedonism

I thought the rules of the comp stated that the piece must not be submitted or available to view anywhere else until December or somesuch?

*Clears throat.* But it wasn't posted ANYWHERE, we all saw it....not be posted.

This isn't my entry to the competition.

Gervaisisms apart, it's very well made and funny. More Scott Mills than Gervais

FORGET THE GERVAIS COMMENTS! lol.

Very wise in my opinion. There is a lot going for this piece... almost... but it needs work to make it top notch IMHO (see my critique(s) above fwiw)

fwiw = for what it's worth :)
