Hello there.
Name's Dan and I'm pretty rubbish at the whole introduction thing. I'm from Blackpool originally, so I'm obviously funny as I've walked across the Comedy Carpet a couple of times. I live in Suffolk now though, Lord knows why.
I currently work in a bookshop. You know the one: black polo shirts, white W, condescending staff members. The other day a customer was looking for a book called "Leaving Berlin", set in postwar Germany. I had no idea where it was and so I asked my absent minded manager - picture Wynn Duffy from Justified with a voice like Boris Johnson - completely unintentionally, he pointed with his right hand, shoulder height and Palm down and said "it's over there, on the far right".
I had to explain to him why I couldn't breath for laughing. I still don't think he gets it.
