Comic Relief Sketches not on DVD

I have been watching Hot Metal and on research found there was a comic releif sketch which wasn't included with the DVD. Does anyone know of any other shows with sketches not released included with the DVD. I can think of:

Hot Metal
New Statesman
Vicar of Dibley - some released, some not.
Gavin and Stacey
Gimme Gimme Gimme

Cheers

Here afew more

The Young Ones

Only Fools & Horses 1997 Comic Relief Sketch.

Catherine Tate and Tony Blair Comic Relief Sketch 2007.

Mr Bean The Wedding Sketch.

The Royle Family 2009 Sketch.

Funny enough I know The Royle Family children in Need special is on the DVD not the Comic relief one. Anyone know why?

Men Behaving Badly comic relief special

The Auf Wiedersehen, Pet Comic Relief special from 2002 has never been released.
Its on You Tube like anything else, but many fans want this released in a better quality.

With comic relief coming round again soon, why don't they issue DVDs with all the short specials? For example a DVD with Mr Bean, another with The Vicar Of Dibley etc. They could then be sold and the money could go to the appeal.
