Most cafes close quite early, the best I know of are Tinderbox in Angel (10.30pm) and Caffe Vergnano near Leicester Square (10pm). Royal Festival Hall is a great shout, you might also try the Barbican Centre.
Do any libraries open late in London? Contraversial, I know.
