Do you ever judge people

by their response to your writing?

Occassionally I think,

She's walked dog poo through my flat, but she does like my writing, so maybe I wont say anything. Or, he's my best worker and I was going to give him a promotion, but then he didn't laugh at my comment in the office christmas card, so maybe I missed something...

er...

Only occassionally. And she cleaned up the dog poo.

Lol, no, I am very welcoming to all criticism, it's water of a ducks back to me.

I don't let opinions bother me, good or bad. Don't get me wrong, I am human and the odd wave of paranoia does hit sometimes but I soon see it for what it is. It's when paranoia hits that you get superd efensive and think people are out to get you. Those with an inflated sense tend to be the one with the least confidence I have always found. My advice is to only ever do it for fun. Sucess is pointless if you hate what you do so don't let it become a chore. If sucess happens, it's a bonus but don't let it become a focus.

Hum, that's not really what I mean. I don't mind if people rip apart my writing. I guess I'm just easily flattered when they do like it. Not in a paranoid way...why, have people been saying things? I knew someone was following me to the shops this morning.

Lol. I knew what you meant, just went off on a Ruby tangent. Again, never crosses my mind. As someone who doesn't think they are that good, I get excited when people remember my name. I'm a girl of simple pleasures. More Brighton beach than St Topez.

I only have one friend who I occasionally show writing too but only because he's bluntly honest. One piece he told me he read it with a stony faced silence!

...That reminds me, I need to kick him in the nuts tonight. Let's see how stony faced he is then!!

Ahh... but was it really all cleared up?

Was it even dog poo?

Some wierd people live in the world.

Yeah... could have been Marmite on her shoe.

Mmmm, Yeasty trainers...

Oh... yuck!

EDIT - 'Yeasty' should be forcibly removed from the English language

LOL!
