I think the sketch is very tidy.
My small problem is that you've had to make all the voices so different, for obvious reasons, that you lose the rhythm; to my easr it woudl be much funnier if they were all normal business people, and one was justa bit more reticent/confused/exasperated.
I appreciate you'd have to find 3 more people and put them all in your house to do that. 
Thanks Gappy. Interesting. I kind of like the lack of obvious rythmn, though maybe I'm too close to the sketch to judge it. Re-editing wouldn't be a problem, BTW.
