The only one I can find in the region is one from the Open Mic Finder website; Forester's Arms in Beverley, but I don't know how up to date the info is.
I'll pop up and find out as I'm getting geared up to have a go and strike it off my bucket list!

I don't know about any specific open mike nights, but Hull's famous for it's small but, enthusiastic and friendly comedy scene.
Have you tried contacting C69 comedy who run several nights and seeing if you can get to be on one of their shows.
