In the penultimate part of Foxing Gloves the boys take a further step into the mysterious. Scarecrows; peacock droppings and the vision of an owl all play a part…oh and socks…..bird-handling socks….

Really enjoyed that, great innocent atmosphere, with a heart of fun.

I found Turner a bit exhausting - he was too Wa-ha-hacky a character, whereas it was the low-ley oddness that I thought was most affecting - but this is quite a small criticism, it's a really interesting piece of work, with some great gags to balance the fanciful elements. Good work.

Very entertaining; the playful quality of your dialogue puts significant demands on the cast, but enthusiasm just about carries them through. The lad playing Nash seemed to be channelling a young and slightly inebriated Ian Bannen, which worked surprisingly well.

Thanks for the comments lads, I suppose Turner is a bit over the top but the extent of this is only revealed when the revelation occurs. I felt he was then free to let his true madness become apparent.

The script didn't make it easy for the actors. I played Rex Logan myself and the speech where I explain how I know he's the guilty party was a nightmare to learn off. That said, it was good fun. When we were filming the opening scene by the wall a bored Guard(Policeman) pulled up and sat on the bonnet of his car smoking a cigarette watching us while we filmed.

Cheers again for the comments. It's great to get feedback.
