Does anyone here collect autographs from comedy stars (or in general)?
My entirely ulterior motive for asking is that I run a fundraising initiative in aid of Leukaemia Research and have collected several comedians' autographs over the years. I auction them along with unique photos of the subject holding a toy flower (not as random as it seems, but that's another story)! One of my favourite photos was taken last year when I was hauled up on stage to be 'interviewed' by Tim Vine at a small comedy gig (see avatar). My more recent 'victims' include Steve Coogan and Rufus Hound.
Anyway, I am currently running an auction which includes photos/autographs from Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, David Hyde Pierce, Matthew Broderick and John Lithgow among others. It ends tomorrow (Sunday) night though...
