My own puzzler . . . .all I can remember is a Welsh guy on the phone and he's in conversation with a guy at the other end who obviously has to pretend he's on the phone to his girlfriend.
Guy: (quietly) "I love you".
Welsh guy: "What? I thought you said you loved me?"

. . . . What the heck was it?

Coupling?

Only Fools and Horses, when Rodney phones for a job Del has advertised and Del uses a Welsh accent?
