Over the past few weeks I have dug out my DVDs of Watching, all 7 series. Not seen it for about 2 years and for me it still rates as one of the best comedies ever. Seriously under rated
The one liners in particular from Emma Wray are fabulous. The whole series develops very nicely there are no low points as such just consistently funny each series. A great supporting cast as well.
As the series progress you may thin that there would be a lull, then in series 6 along comes Emma Wray's mother, Noreen Kershaw, who steals just about every scene she is in. What a wonderful comedy character she is.
If you have not yet seen Watching I would highly recommend it.
