Is there any institution in London which could give me legal advice on Screenwriting/Filmmaking? I have a lot of questions to ask and I think it would be best to talk to an actual person instead of reading online. I already checked the BBC website and some other places for info but that didn't really help much.

I don't think you'll find any one place to answer all the issues.
In terms of your own legal rights as a writer there's the Writers Guild GB.
What exactly are you after?
It would e a lot easier to help if you were a little more specific.
