Recently I've been noting down a few ideas for a surreal sketch show featuring a variety of oddball characters in a similar vein to the likes of The Mighty Boosh or Vic & Bob, but with my own strange twists and oddities.
I have entitled the sketch show 'Bleach Boys' - as a totally meaningless play on 'Beach Boys'.
I have a couple of characters who I have come up with pretty much an entire life story for, such as a hapless, lonely clock maker called Fedora Wireball, who presents his own online series about clocks which nobody watches. Other characters include Milky, a woman with extremely bad social skills who is eager to bed almost any man she comes across, but becomes extremely awkward whilst trying to flirt with the man and subsequently sets fire to him or does something equally harmful.
Currently, I'm in the process of looking to see where I can take this idea.
