Resurrections

Apologies if there's already a thread like this.

In a post about Still Open All Hours, yardrs said "Personally, I would rather have seen them resurrect The Good Life, as I would have loved to find out what happened to Tom and Barbara, but I guess that's never going to happen now.

So, what "dead" shows should be resurrected -- and which ones should stay in the past?

Is there a difference between wanting to see what happened to the characters -- Second Thoughts and Faith in the Future, for example -- and just wanting the show to go on -- as All Creatures Great and Small did?

I'd like to see more of Early Doors and Dinner Ladies. Up until a couple of weeks ago, I would have said I would like to know how The Old Guys are faring....but like The Good Life, that will never happen now. Perhaps we could learn what happened to Jace (Holly Aird in Hope it Rains) though Tom Bell is gone.

Interesting topic. Apart from Fawlty Towers (obviously), I think another catch-up with The Likely Lads, but understand why Bolam doesn't want that.

Just Good Friends.

Would like to think Penny dumped that stupid narcisist and ended up with someone who knows how to treat such a gorgeous woman.
