God help anyone else who you've never spoken to, who you Google and start having a go at rather than checking what you're doing first. Then start having a go at them for pointing out your silly mistake rather than being man (or woman, cos I haven't searched for you online) enough to simply apologise.

The first step would be some sort of indication that the bullying of individuals stops. There is every sign that the reverse is happening. You can lecture me about principle when the root cause is adequately addressed but not when your priorities are perverse. Well, you can then too but it - and you - wouldn't be substantial. Incidentally, is there any reason why 10 out of your 17 profile paras start with "I"? How about you and me?

Dear dear me, I have just read this thread and it has the same patterns as a few of the uglier threads I have seen on here, it starts of all innocent and then it gets stupid. I recently watched Boardwalk Empire and somebody said on there something that I thought could be employed here and it was:

But out of it all I must say I was surprised by this seemingly emotional as opposed to a logical reaction by a moderator:

If it really needs explaining, Carlos, Horseradish's post suggested that he thought mods would secretly remove a post and then replace it with another, with the evil plan to make certain posters look good and others bad. In, and I quote, a 'creepy, untrustworthy, unprincipled and unprofessional' manner.

I merely stated that we don't run around doing this. I find that quite logical really.

If I was a moderator I would only deal with Algorithms and talk Borg to other Borgs, I would get involved with dirty washing.

I mean I wouldn't get involved with the washing of dirty linen in public, unless it messed with my Algorithms
