Likeable performances. I tend to think that web comedies with very short episodes that give themselves theme-tunes and proper credits come off looking a bit top-heavy; and I'm also a bit wary of comedies about medical practice where there are hardly any patients, paperwork, bureaucracy, or what have you. But this has got a proper story and at least a couple of good gags in each episode, and as I say the performances are likeable, so it's got good things going for it.
