Call for some take away! Laughing out loud

I thought both of these episodes were very patchy but certainly had their moments. Some nice ad-libbing too.

Some of the actors are terrible though.

They should have done more with the Laurel & Hardy costumes. They did look remarkably like them.

It's the most horrendous old-fashioned hackneyed show I've ever had the misfortune to see. It's like a time warp back to a time of bad 1970s sitcom gags, without the wit and style of Galton and Simpson, and with a horrible mawkish sentimentality attached to it. It's paced all wrong, and the jokes have sign posts coming a mile off. I'd prefer to watch 1960s and 70s British sitcoms than sit through this tripe. Plus one of the stories was recycled from Steptoe And Son, the bit where they try to get money for Grandad's death.
