I'm not sure, If it's a sketch show I don't think we're allowed because there no sketch rule.
The idea of attracting younger viewers is a bit hopeless really IMO, but it certainly sounds interesting. Can't say I've really enjoyed any of the recent viewer-submitted type shows of late though. Still, it'll be interesting to see what happens if it does come to our screens.

What's everyone getting exicted about? It says nothing about letting submit material. It's just another programme someone's developing, which may or may not get the green light.
