I think she is brilliant.
She is just such a good actress because she seems so different in all the parts she plays.
I think I'm right that she plays the following : -
Saxondale's long suffering wife. You just sympathise with her so much but she is so good to him.
Myfanwy - the Barmaid in the Daffyd's village.
The thick one in Nighty Night and
the fat old tart in Gavin & Stacey.
All so different and brilliantly played.
Yeah, she's good. But nothing exciting, for me anyway.

A couple of times I've posited the theory that Ruth Jones had posted on these forums, under the name of Josh Dulaney.
'Josh' only posted when Gavin and Stacey was on, only posted about G & S, and had read all of the reviews (surely a home run of a give-away) as well as claiming to live in South Wales. Josh also means to 'tease' of course.
Could be wrong. No-one seemed interested in debating it.
I'm fairly sure that Josh really was just Josh. We have had others posting under pseudonyms though, I know that for a fact!

I dont care if Josh was Josh or Ruth or some one called Bo.
Whoever they were they loved G&S. Good for them. I will stand up & fight too about something i feel passionate about.
I reckon he killed himself when the series finished anyhoo.
