I'm looking for the title (and the artist) of an old song that was played in One Foot In The Grave and also in the Dad's Army episode "No Spring For Frazer". In OFITG the song is played at a party of Victor's neighbours...Victor and Margaret can't sleep because of the noise.
There is laughing ("Hahahaha..") in the chorus and the line "I don't know why I'm so happy I only know I am..." or something like that. I couldn't find it by googling the lines I remember. It makes me crazy.
Maybe the older ones among you know which song I mean.
