Is comedy as funny as it used to be ? Page 2

You're not going to carve me are you, Mack the knife?

No, I leave that to your lady friend leevil.

I have a lady friend? I wonder who that was following me!

Comedy groupies, they are all over the place, with you top of the league ladder and all with an amazing 60 points.!!

Lol, it's funny how I'm top of my own comps :P

Such a proud cock would not rig the vote I'm sure. Would make a farce out of the whole thing would it not ?

It surely would and I did not rig the vote, I'm just a bloody good writer :D

And modest to boot! :)

Those 50 points look mighty suspicious to me... ;)

In terms of quality, I think the best comedy of the past matches up well to the best of the present and vice versa. But comedy writers and performers can be very much 'of their time' and fashions and styles change so comparing shows and performers from past and present isn't usually relevant.

My top three shows are old and not made anymore but I still think there's good comedy being made.
My top three in no order is Fawlty Towers, Porridge and Only Fools and Horses.
