Pitching to MTV2

I am going to try and pitch a comedy sketch show to MTV2. Firstly does anyone know where to do it e.g. which production companies to use and secondly if anyone wants to contribute material to it then PM me or email me.

Its basicially going to take the mic out of MTV2 bands and solo artists like Arctic Monkeys, Kaiser Cheifs etc. but will also have comedy songs in there. Muscical abilities would be good but not essential. I was thinking of trying to get a 15 minute pilot but more likely than not it won't happen. It might be a bit, infact very difficult pitching it because as far as I know, other than music videos, MTV2 don't do any shows apart from Gonzo which does a decent enough job of taking the piss out of certain music acts with the Ginger Bloke character, though he's probably left as that was a while ago.

Rock Profile came about when Play UK were just giving away money left right and centre for people to do music/comedy shows (Terrorville by Big and Daft was another one of those sort of shows, I think even Chris Moyles had one from memory!) and Lucas and Walliams were already known in the field of comedy.

You would pitch to MTV I'm guessing? Just try and film something and keep sending it in, try Channel 4 Music thing as well.

All i know is MTV do Strutter.
