I dont know why the kid wants to be so far away from me. I can only assume that his love for me is so overpowering that he finds it difficult to cope. He is a wonderful bastard baby.

It's true. I know it is. I use to hold them up, look into their red from grizzling eyes & shake them, saying "You love your mummy sooooo much dont you". Their first sentences were "Mummy dont beat me no more, I do love you". Awwwww! Mind you the first phone number they learned was childline's.
