Sexist Historian runner (TSWYW - documentary)

FIRST SKETCH:

HISTORIAN:
So, how can one summarise a life as long and varied as Elizabeth I's?

Well, if you ask me - having departed this earth with an intact hymen, a dusty womb and a naked ring finger - it's difficult to conclude that she was anything but an abject failure.

SECOND SKETCH:

HISTORIAN:
There are two ways of interpreting the suffragette movement.

To some, the women were courageous trailblazers who helped usher in the age of equality.

But to others - they were terrorists - whom generations of educators have irresponsibly glorified.

I, myself - subscribe to the latter theory.

THIRD SKETCH:

HISTORIAN:
Modern women can learn many lessons from the life of Joan of Arc.

But perhaps the one they ought to pay most heed to, is - 'know your goddamned place!'

END

It's a good idea, and you write the character well; on the page it feels something is lacking, but a skilled performer could possibly make it work.

The Joan of Arc one is a bit weak.
