And now too many of us are in a dilemma. Aguero is out for at least a month which means my £108.6m is about to go for a burton. So where now? Can the Newcastle forwards be expected to play - and score? Who will Man City play upfront now that Jovetic is back along with Negredo and Dzeko? What of their ridiculously wide range of choices in midfield? And can someone who said categorically that there will be no Man Utd players in his side backtrack on the grounds they are really not at all the same team are they?

I'd like to forget this week if at all possible. Lost my long term second place to Splodge. Took a stupid risk on Oscar and dropped Mertesacker to the bench. You really couldn't make many more cock-ups and be allowed to play in the league Angry

Benching Mertesacker against city at home was no cock up, it's playing him that doesn't make sense, with Kompany back and Pantilimon in goal who's about 6ft 8' and no clean sheet against City at home for about three years.

Your team selection was pretty good - your only cock-up was captaining Oscar - which is inexplicable.

Of course now Oscar will go and do a Suarez at the Emirates on Monday. ;)

Unlikely. The smart money is on Saint Nicklas. ;)

Angelic

Disappointing - but no one looks their best when they've fallen off a reindeer.

(Horseradish Rovers are now on £108.7m)

My teams value has dropped
Got rid of Aguero, thought I'd do it quick. No time for passengers.

Glad to see a couple of my players being rested for the Carling cup.

I did the same so admittedly the increase during the night was a surprise.

A key issue over Christmas is who will be rested for one of the four games. Most top players I'd think. For those who have yet to make changes, there may be a strong argument for considering the smallest squads.

You've probably got 10 new players who all went up by 0.1

I was wondering this with Nasri.
Especially with Silva being back.

Depends how Man City do without Aguero

:D

Gazzaniga and Distin both went up by 0.1 and they were there already.

Luckily I bought permanently into Aguero late and minimised the loss.

True - and not only there. All of the focus is suddenly on Jovetic.

Surely this will be make or break time for Dzeko. To Arsenal or not?

Very glad to have done my Aguero business earlier in the season, although you all made a bit of money out of him and I made a loss of 0.1m.

I've also already sold Negredo which you'll also all be doing in a few weeks - although again, you'll probably make a few quid on it. The only City asset worth picking up is Touré, although he's overpriced.

I haven't gone down the Negredo route
Although that did seem the obvious choice.

I instead raised some money to spend next week when the fixtures open up a bit.

This last page has reminded me how much this is all bollocks.

This last page has reminded me of this. :D

Don't drop out, Badge!

The mainly Suarez free lower end is where all the fun and action is. :)
