Who is the most famous forum member? Page 6

He liked my suggestion for the title of his sketch show and I won some DVDs off Mark for it. So he'll always have a place in my heart (Mark, not John).

John Finnemore was quite strange in that he asked for a name for a show and:

A) Went for a rather dull answer and
B) Didn't use it.

I think he's been on The Unbelievable Truth as well. Since Andrew is in the Radio Times every week (despite my misgivings of it), John doesn't beat him.

Very good sketch writer though. I listen to a few of his shows and they were lots of great ideas floating about. Not all hilarious but he could easily become a writer's writer.

Finnermore was never interested in our suggestions, he was just drumming up interest in his show. I don't begrudge him that - I'm not a begrudger - but that's what he was doing.

Very good sketch writer though.

Not just sketches of course, also several series of the highly critically acclaimed sitcom Cabin Pressure.

I'm off to see his sketch show being recorded tonight. He's written some pretty strong stuff, but I still prefer Cabin Pressure to the sketch show.

Julius Caesar? Claudius?

Didn't someone used to come on here pretending to be 'Money Saving Expert' Martin Lewis?

Does that count?

Was it you?

No, it was I, the 'Money Saving Expert' Martin Lewis.

I'm Martin Lewis and so is my wife.

I'm questioning my own sanity now.

EDIT

Here he is (before he got banned):
