Claim Blame

We see a fat man in a vest covered in tattoos, he has two black eyes and a plaster over his nose and is standing in the evidence box of a court.
Behind him in the gallery are his fat wife and three scruffy kids they all have neck braces on.

QC
Mr Scum, you have told the court that your injuries and that of your family are the result of a high speed crash in a two seater Ferrari?

MR SCUM
That is correct

QC
And you are here today to claim £3,000000 in compensation from Mjasko Corp who you claim are responsible for these injuries?

MR SCUM
They encouraged me to do it, I would never normally drive at 238 miles an hour not with the kids anyway!

JUDGE
I'm a bit confused; you say the car was a two seater? Yet I can see at least three other plaintiffs?

MR SCUM
They were on the couch behind me when the incident happened your worship.

JUDGE
On a couch?

MR SCUM
Sorry your honour they were on a 'Sofa'

JUDGE
I know what a couch is Mr Scum, what I don't understand is how this item of furniture was involved in a high speed crash

QC
If I may your honour Mr Scum is suing Mjasko Corp who are a games console company, Mr Scum was playing on their latest game 'Super Speed' which they claim is the most realistic computer game yet invented, when he was involved in this hideous accident which I may add that the other driver has yet to come forward.

JUDGE
Are you telling me it wasn't even a real crash?

QC
Your honour to all intents and purposes it is my client's contention that the game is so realistic that my client was subjected to the normal human responses one would have in a car crash, as such his face went through his TV screen.

JUDGE
Even if that is the case I fail to see how his family suffered.

MR SCUM
They were all sitting on the sofa watching when it happened your lordship and got so involved that when I crashed they got whiplash..
