Daylight- Holloway street exterior - early morning:

A besuited clean-cut 40-something male is walking his dog. He stops by a sign proclaiming "Respect", as his dog has a shit on the grass verge.

The curtains twitch and a local male appears at his window in his dressing gown, with a huge scowl on his face.

The dogwalker scurries off.

The curtains twitch again and the local male looks out of his window with a huge scowl on his face.

Daylight - SW1 street exterior - early morning:

A scowling male dressed in tartan pyjamas is hurrying south along Whitehall, dragging a dog on a lead behind him. He turns right into Downing Street, stops outside Number 10 and

I like it, if it's the same scowling man. Not sure of the no.10 reference though. Better, imo, if he just squatted outside the other guys house in his pyjamas, if that isn't already happening. Which isn't clear to me.

I must be missing the joke.
