Carrier bag charge Wales

External - Day - Somewhere in Wales

An elderly man is walking towards a shop

Man enters the shop

He is busy shopping picking up groceries, then he takes them to the counter

Shopkeeper tallies up the goods

Shopkeeper: Would you like a carrier bag for these sir? I will have to charge you 5p though

Man: No thanks son, I got my own

Man reaches inside his pockets and pulls out a very large pair of Y fronts, and proceeds to place the items into them.

Text reads on the screen

He should've gone to Specsavers.

It could make a nice runner, but the short-sighted gent has been done quite a lot in the past. I think you need some real twist on the genre otherwise it's not going to stand out.

Yes I agree, it is a bit weak on imagination. Needs more thought

I disagree, I laughed wholeheartedly at the 'large pair of Y fronts'.
I imagined them grubby and dirty.

Maybe the spec-savers ad-men would be interested in it

Oh yes they would definitely have to be a little soiled and yellow in parts
