There is an idea there guys but I think it would be funnier if the donor was very confident rather than weak and then tries to hide the fact he has already taken his organs out.

I really like the idea of a man taking his organs out ahead of being a doner, but I don't think you've quite got it right here. Like WillCam says, you need a different angle to make it more interesting.

Spot on.
The humour would then come from that very British thing about being embarrassed at not 'knowing the form' - to the point it's more of a disaster than removing your own liver.
The work-shy nurse distracts from the joke as well IMHO - muddies the water a bit.
